Make sure you're using your official university email address. The platform only accepts emails from registered Ugandan universities.

If your university email isn't working:

• Check if your university is in our database
• Ensure you're using the correct domain (e.g., @mak.ac.ug, @kyu.ac.ug)
• Contact your university's IT department if emails aren't being received
• If your university isn't listed, contact support for assistance

To submit a project:

1. Login to your account
2. Go to "Projects" in the main navigation
3. Click "Submit New Project"
4. Fill in all required information:
   • Project title and description
   • Category and technologies used
   • Team members (if any)
   • Links to GitHub or live demo
5. Submit for review

Projects are reviewed within 3-5 business days. You'll be notified when your project is approved.

To register for events:

1. Browse available events on the "Events" page
2. Click on an event to view details
3. Click the "Register" button
4. Complete any required registration form
5. For paid events, complete payment
6. You'll receive a confirmation email with event details

You can view all your registered events in your dashboard.

To request mentorship:

1. Browse available mentors on the "Mentors" page
2. View mentor profiles and expertise areas
3. Click "Request Session" on a mentor's profile
4. Fill out the mentorship request form:
   • Explain what you need help with
   • Specify your project or goals
   • Suggest preferred meeting times
5. Submit your request

The mentor will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
